Setup & Operation Guide
- Inspect cylinder valve thread and NotTool regulator BS341 No.3 inlet stem for debris or oil before attachment.
- Secure the regulator tightly to the cylinder valve using a standard 30mm spanner, ensuring vertical tube alignment.
- Connect main TIG torch hose to Outlet A and the back-purge line to Outlet B using the supplied 3/8" BSP hose tail fittings.
- Open the main cylinder valve slowly; check the inlet pressure gauge to confirm bottle pressure.
- Adjust individual needle control valves on each flowmeter tube until the floating steel ball aligns with your desired L/min flow rate.
