What the HL-0001 does
The HL-0001 is a single-stage, positive-action argon regulator with two flow tubes and one inlet pressure gauge. Each tube has its own knob, so you can run two hoses from one cylinder and set each hose on its own.
What each tube shows
Each tube is marked in SCFH, from 0 to 60. Turn the knob for that tube until the ball sits on the mark you want.
The inlet gauge
The inlet gauge is marked in psi and kPa, and the dial reads USE NO OIL. Measuring range is 0–25 MPa. Rated outlet pressure is 0.2 MPa. Working temperature is 0–50 °C.
